Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup macadamia nuts (soaked for 4-8 hours prior)
- 3 1/2 to 4 cups water or coconut water
- 1/2 tsp cinnammon
- couple dates
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
Preparation:
Add the nuts and your water or coconut water to the blender, and blend on high for 30 seconds, then low for another 30. Voila! You are done! Pour into a jar or pitcher (I always use old juice, honey or bean jars) and store in the fridge. It it will stay good for up to a week!
I tried adding some macadamia nut milk to my coffee, and it tasted great!
